Each person is responsible for obtaining their own passport and visa.
A full intenerary will be sent after reservations have been made through eztours. Please contact Baba Chuck, with your intentions asap. You may also check with sister Ndela at eztours to discuss acceptable forms of payment.
Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for ascertaining, obtaining and having with them passports, visas and all other required documents. No refunds will be made to any passenger whose participation is limited or denied due to failure to process required documents.
Passport
A valid passport is required to travel. If you do not already have a passport, please obtain one immediately.
Visa
A Gambian visa is required to travel. A visa is a stamp inside your passport permitting entrance into a country with a stay of a specified period of time. Instructions and information will be mailed to each participant, you may call the Gambia Consulate directly and request applications, instructions and information.
US Citizens do not need a visa to enter Morocco or Senegal. Non-US Citizens must call the Moroccan Embassy (202-462-7979) and The Senegal Embassy (202) 234-0540 for their entry requirements. Details will be mailed upon receipt of initial deposit.
